I published my first ebook, Medium Momentum: Launch Your Blogging Journey in Just 7 Days on Amazon in October 2023 to help writers who are new to Medium get off to a fast start. My passion is to help writers who want to start writing in their authentic voice and to engage and thrive blogging on Medium.

I live in beautiful Southern California in Ventura County near the Pacific Coast. I'm a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) with a degree in Comparative Literature (English Major/German Lit Minor).
I'm a Navy brat and grew up in New Jersey and Virginia and have a background in journalism, technical writing, and process improvement.
I enjoy blogging about writing, podcasting, self-improvement, tech and lots of other stuff.
